Our Terms



TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

Duty of Care

Please read these conditions carefully if you have any quires please don’t hesitate to call us.

All marquees, silk linings, lighting, flooring, tables and chairs, and all electrical equipment
will remain The property of ALL EVENT MARQUEES and shall not be re-hired.

Under no circumstances must the hirer unlace or remove any sidewalls. Linings or lighting once our staff
Have left the site.  If you need to change any item of equipment please phone our office or mobile.

The hirer will be responsible for any loss or damage to either marquee or equipment whilst
on site.   All damages must be paid for in full before our employee’s leaves the site.

The balance of the account must be settled in full at the latest on the day of installation.
Deposit are non re-fundable, except under agreement of both parties due to horrendous weather.

ALL EVENT MARQUEES will not be held responsibly for failure of any electrical equipment
once it has been installed and found to be in good working order by the hirer.

It is the hirer’s responsibility to remove fallen food from the floor, and or any related stains from
sidewalls.  Party poppers and silly string must not be used in the marquee as these products stain.

ALL EVENT MARQUEES will not accept responsibity for loss or injury by persons during the hire period.

It is the hirer’s responsibity to tell ALL EVENT MARQUEES of all underground cables or pipe work.

ALL EVENT MARQUEES reserve the right to cancel a contract due to pursuant adverse weather conditions,
Such as ice, snow, and or heavy rain that will make the erection of the marquee, or laying the floor impossible.
